We were interested in having “custom†cabinets made for our home and already had several proposals. We had spoken with some friends who had a neighbor who had used Preferred Cabinets and were very pleased with the service and extremely proud of their new kitchen. We went to see for ourselves and were taken by how beautiful the kitchen was and were astounded when we learned what the cost was. It was considerably less than all of the bids we had and included some wonderful features the others had not included. We contracted with Preferred Cabinets and have never felt better about our decision. The personal attention, professionalism and value we received were beyond our expectations. Who says kitchen remodels have to bankrupt you or drive you crazy? We saw a Preferred Cabinets ad on TV and liked what we heard. We gave them a call and had a kitchen design that we liked within a week. We ordered the cabinets and they arrived 6 weeks later. The following week the Preferred installation crew came out as scheduled and removed our old kitchen, replaced the cabinets, installed granite countertops, tiled the backsplash, replaced the flooring, added new lighting and all within 3 weeks. My wife and I had heard so many horror stories about kitchen projects that went on forever that we had put the project off for nearly a year and a half. Our experience was anything but painful. We couldn’t recommend Preferred Cabinets more highly.

As a single mom with almost no knowledge about construction I was more than a little nervous about remodeling my kitchen. However, there was just no way I could live with my old kitchen any longer. I saw an ad for Preferred Cabinets in the newspaper and gave them a call. They came out, took measurements and spent time finding out what I liked and didn’t like about my old kitchen. We set an appointment and the next week I visited their lovely showroom where I saw my new kitchen materialize on a large computer display. The staff were friendly not pushy and took the time to patiently walk me thru the entire selection process answering all my questions and providing necessary hand holding to help me get comfortable with what we were doing. We started out getting quotes for re-facing our kitchen cabinetry and adding granite counters to freshen up our 23 year old kitchen. After getting two quotes and seeing Preferred’s advertising we decided “what the heck, let’s see if their slogan has any teethâ€. We are sooo glad we did. Their price was in the middle of two re-facing quotes, so we went ‘new’ instead of ‘old’.
